2006 Chris Harrison Junior Tournament

The 2006 Chris Harrison LTA Junior Ranking Tournament took place at the Newbridge Lane venue of Truro Tennis Club.

This holiday event, now in its 26th year, continues to attract youngsters from many parts of the country, and from all over Cornwall. In total, an amazing 3,454 games in 236 matches were played by 202 competitors!

At the conclusion of the seventeen excellent matches played on finals day, the tournament sponsor Chris Harrison presented awards to the victors. Club chairman Paul Taylor wound up proceedings by conveying sincere thanks to the sponsor without whose support this tournament would not now take place, to our very able referee Sue Eames and the cheerful girls Katherine, Roseanna and Lydia, who spent a long hot week preparing and serving all the meals.
